About the event
Spend the day learning to process your own poultry at home. Topics covered will include diy equipment rundown, humane dispatching, plucking both with and without a plucker, eviscerating, butchering, and packaging for the freezer. The workshop is hands on and each participant will take home a bird that they have processed start to finish.
